[week 08] Production stage 2
Hi,
Again 2 Weeks has passed since our last devlog. So what did we change or add to the game...
[Art]
The past week I've Crunched most of the Art assets and the animations out.
you can find the animation showcase in the added files.
Here you can see the assets I made and textured
Sinds you can play with more than 2 players we changed the color of the player 2 model to make it more clear
The map is almost fully textured and modeled
some things needs to be added like rug's, nightstands, a mirror in the bath room...
The outside environment also need work.
[Sound]
We implemented sound.
Every time you complete a task, there will be a fx sound.
The only thing we need to do is find good fx sounds online.
The code is already there.
[Animation]
More animations !
Pretty self explanatory.
We'll just show some animations.
But as you can see, we need to better time the animations.
[Glowing effect]
We fixed a bug where the was only one color at the time
[Camera]
The camera once again got a slight upgrade since last time. The camera can now move in a 2d plane and zoom a bit in and out to fit the players
[Bugs]
If some tasks where completed, they would give the wrong team points.
I guess that wasn't balanced.
Some tasks struggled with 4 players.
Somewhere in our code, a new gameobject was made every frame. (apparently that wasn't perfomant, who could have thought ?)
Added extra collisions.
